On the morning of September 16, 2026, LICOGI13FC Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phoenix Homes Apartment Project located in the Phượng Hoàng New Urban Area, Tien Phong Ward, Bac Ninh Province.  

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders from provincial departments, agencies, and sectors; leaders of Tien Phong Ward, along with representatives of the investor and related units.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Lai Van Mac, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of LICOGI13FC Joint Stock Company, affirmed that the enterprise will focus all resources to organize and implement the project on schedule, closely following the commitments made to Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee. The investor also stated that they will work closely with relevant agencies, departments, and local authorities to promptly resolve any difficulties and obstacles arising during the project implementation. In addition to the schedule requirements, LICOGI13FC commits to ensuring compliance with technical standards, fire prevention and fighting regulations, occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and construction quality. These are important aspects aimed at implementing the project safely, in accordance with regulations, and meeting the quality requirements of the construction.

It is expected that after 36 months of implementation, the project will add approximately 1,660 apartments to the province's social housing fund, meeting the housing needs of about 3,100 people. The project’s implementation contributes to increasing the supply of social housing, creating more opportunities for low-income people, workers, and eligible beneficiaries to access housing. At the same time, the project is also one of the concrete measures to realize the housing development orientation linked to urbanization and social security in Bac Ninh. With the cooperation of relevant agencies, local authorities, and investors, Phoenix Homes is expected to be implemented according to the plan, ensuring quality, safety, and investment efficiency, aiming to create a suitable living space for residents in the future.
